A recent article was about something called the improvement frame. Basically it is a framework to gauge progress of an individual. I currently mentor two consultants and the flavour of the month is the GROW technique. This seems to be a slightly different technique that focuses more on the current situation than the future.
I am in the process of reassessing where I want to take my career and will probably be using this as one of the ways to work on it.
